The facility's Championship Gold Course was designed by Richard Phelps, noted Colorado course architect and also has a regulation nine hole Blue Course. The facility also has two nine hole par three courses known as the North Course and the challenging South Course, as well as a lighted driving range, putting and chipping practice areas. Mountain vistas and beautiful scenery are the rule rather than the exception at this facility. The excellent staff takes great care of both the facility and Club Members, with the Hyland Hills Parks and Recreation District committed to continuing investment that makes the facility better and better each year as exemplified by the new Club House opened in June, 2012 featuring the fabulous Cottonwood Lodge Restaurant
